Challenge

Queen Natural needed a credible commerce experience — not a generic theme. Product storytelling, category discovery, and checkout all had to work consistently on mobile, where most purchase consideration actually happens.

The catalogue had to absorb new natural-goods lines over time without a rebuild, and marketing needed room to launch campaigns without breaking the shop templates.

Solution

WooCommerce core handles cart, checkout, and order state. Custom theme templates isolate catalogue browsing from transactional flows, and product metadata drives flexible layouts without duplicating templates per SKU.

We engineered category landing patterns, reusable product-story blocks, and checkout styling aligned with brand trust signals — while keeping merchandising out of fragile page builders so the team can extend the catalogue safely.

Architecture

The storefront sits over WooCommerce, which owns cart, checkout, and orders. A custom theme layer separates catalogue browsing from transactional flows, and a product CMS drives layouts from metadata rather than hand-built pages.
